Before I purchased my Lenovo Ideapad Z560, I have had high regard for the brand Lenovo and their customer service but unfortunately they haven't been up to the mark and certainly not anywhere close to Dell Customer Service. The Customer Service Reps have been outright rude and didn't show any concern or willingness to help out the customer. The chat service is only to help out the sales and they just give a number and disconnect right away. The Credit Card Sales department were not able to change the billing from one card to an other and in the end they have charged me twice on two different cards.
I am not sure if I am the unfortunate chosen one but that's really disappointing to go through all the refund process and waiting time for the customer service rep to understand the problem and fix it and even after repeated calls, they were unable to understand the whole problem and not fix this.
Great Buying Experience. Would Recommend Dell any day.
