Before I purchased my Lenovo Ideapad Z560, I have had high regard for the brand Lenovo and their customer service but unfortunately they haven't been up to the mark and certainly not anywhere close to Dell Customer Service. The Customer Service Reps have been outright rude and didn't show any concern or willingness to help out the customer. The chat service is only to help out the sales and they just give a number and disconnect right away. The Credit Card Sales department were not able to change the billing from one card to an other and in the end they have charged me twice on two different cards.
I am not sure if I am the unfortunate chosen one but that's really disappointing to go through all the refund process and waiting time for the customer service rep to understand the problem and fix it and even after repeated calls, they were unable to understand the whole problem and not fix this.
Great Buying Experience. Would Recommend Dell any day.

NFL - Pro Bowl & Super Bowl
I felt really sad when Patriots lost to Jets but they deserved to lose that day. They didn't play like they usually do. The offense got jolted initially when Brady threw an Interception early on in the game and the subsequent plays after I knew they were going to lose for sure. Any team that has P Manning or Tom Brady shouldn't opt for Rushing game just because of one interception, but Brady and BB decided to go for rushing game and they fumbled many times during their offensive calls because most of their risks didn't go their way and eventually they lost.
Jets ran out of gas against Steelers and Steelers comfortably survived a few last minute scares from Sanchez & Jets but they are in the Super Bowl. Bears had a very tough game against the in form QB Aaron Rodgers and GB Packers team. Jay Cutler didn't play anywhere close to his best and quit the game due to an injury and most headlines were surrounding him and been nick names as 'Quit'ler from Cutler. Hanie the back up QB did great to keep them in contention till he threw the Interception during his last play and Packers will play their Super Bowl against seasoned Franchise Steelers.
After Patriots lost to Jets, I was hoping for Steelers V Packers Super Bowl and both the franchises didn't disappoint me. I hope Packers win the Super Bowl this time. Go Packers !!
Pro Bowl starts today @ 7 PM between AFC Players v NFC Players. I hope it would be an interesting game to watch. AFC has Phil Rivers, P Manning and Matt Cassel as QBs where as NFC has Vick,Matt Ryan and Drew Brees as QBs.
I have my Fantasy Football QB Phil Rivers in AFC, so I would support AFC in the Pro Bowl.
Go AFC!!

WC 2011 30 Member Preliminary Squad
Preliminary squad: MS Dhoni, Virender Sehwag, Sachin Tendulkar, Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan, Ashish Nehra, Sreesanth, Munaf Patel, Ishant Sharma, Vinay Kumar, M Vijay, Rohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja, Ajinkya Rahane, Saurabh Tiwary, Yusuf Pathan, Parthiv Patel, R Ashwin, Wriddhiman Saha, Dinesh Karthik, Shikhar Dhawan, Amit Mishra, Piyush Chawla, Cheteshwar Pujara, Pragyan Ojha, Praveen Kumar.
India have announced their 30 men probables list for the 2011 World Cup ODI. Most of the players have selected themselves based on their performances in IPL or domestic circuit but as we all know selection process is always debatable. If we provide this list to any avid Indian Cricket fan, he/she would get 14 names with out any issue because the other players themselves know they would be in for a surprise if they see their name in the 15 man squad.
The Squad can be divided into three categories.
Guarantee/Sure Shot Category:MS Dhoni, Virender Sehwag, Sachin Tendulkar, Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan, Ashish Nehra, Praveen Kumar.
Probable Category:Munaf Patel, Ishant Sharma, M Vijay, Rohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja, Saurabh Tiwary, Yusuf Pathan, R Ashwin, Sreesanth.
Y am I in this list: Vinay Kumar, Wriddhiman Saha, Dinesh Karthik, Shikhar Dhawan, Amit Mishra, Piyush Chawla, Cheteshwar Pujara, Pragyan Ojha, Ajinkya Rahane,Parthiv Patel.
Robin Uthappa, Irfan Pathan and AT Rayudu have not been included in the 30 men probables list.

4 wicket keepers
5 openers
7 middle/top order batsmen

With most of the final 13 already selected in Dhoni's & Selectors Minds, there might be one or two positions that everybody else need to wait for the selectors decision. The selection of 30 members itself is not understood, why would we need to select 4 wicket keepers in the 30 list? Y not give a few contenders something to smile about. With Yuvraj bowling 5-10 overs in most ODIs in the sub-continent, it would be really disappointing If R Jadeja gets selected and plays in the eleven, that surely certifies something is definitely wrong with selection committee.
With a few months for the WC, India only have the SA series to decide the final 15 and I hope we don't see any surprises in the list.
